Last night, my 2 1/2-year-old produced his THIRD dirty pull-up of the day, much to my chagrin and his concern. He was crying, saying, "My bottom hurts! My bottom hurts!"A few minutes later, he tearfully identified his problem: "Mommy, I have casserina."
